About Gregory
Gregory Gray
I’m president of TLSA Group and The Loan Signing Agency.
My work connects service businesses, practical education, and the relationships behind real estate transactions.
I care about clear communication, useful systems, and dependable follow-through. I teach from my experience as a business builder, with a focus on ideas people can put into practice.
My approach
Three principles for building relationships and making useful work a daily habit.
Make the call. Join the conversation. Come prepared to listen. Consistency helps people know what they can expect from you.
Put it into practice
Make room for a real conversation, then follow through.
Be useful before asking for something. Share a tool, make an introduction, or contribute to an event. Start with what the other person needs.
Put it into practice
Ask, “What would be genuinely helpful here?”
Give important work a place in your day. Keep the action small enough to repeat, then improve the routine as you learn.
Put it into practice
Put one useful action on the calendar. Repeat it.
A simple daily rhythm
1 Make one new contact.
1 Make one useful follow-up.
1 Find one way to add value.
